Recovery day?
I guess not! Today we had a harsh workout in the sun. We had:
4x200m at 26-27 second pace with 30 seconds recovery in between.
Then walk 400m around the track
Then 4x200m at 26-27 seconds pace with 60 seconds recovery in between.
Our coach made us run this without our spikes, so we had to do it with our training shoes. Now my training shoes are pretty heavy so it was a bitch trying to sprint...

Killer!
Workout today. Today we did:
3x150m at 17.5-18 seconds pace
Walk a lap recovery
1x400m at 52 second pace
Walk a lap recovery
2x150m at 17.5-18 seconds pace
It may not sounds like a lot but after that 400m my legs were so tight. Was definitely a hard workout, since I ended up puking afterwards. All good though, whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
